Acupuncturist & Herbalist Specialized in Women’s Health & Pediatrics.
A graduate of Five Branches with a masters degree of traditional Chinese medicine(MTCM).Einav Avital is a licensed Acupuncturist certifies by the California acupuncture board to practice acupuncture and Chinese herbology in the state of California. She is also a Diplomat of oriental medicine certified by the national certification commission for acupuncture and oriental medicine.

Einav is a part of the ”birth point Acupuncture Group”, a collective of licensed Acupuncturists who have special training in obstetrics and attended many births. This group provides an on-call-labor service 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Einav provides care for women during pregnancy (morning sickness, hip and back pain, mood swings, etc) labor and post partum period (lactation problems, breast infections, depression, anemia and more). She offers complementary care while working closely with obstetric health care providers.
Einav went through extensive training in pediatrics and uses a unique Tuina massage technique. She uses pediatric formulas formulated especially for children. Her skills enable her to diagnose and successfully treat fever, ear infections, cold and flues, skin diseases, digestion problems and more.
Einav is a certified Bradley method teacher which is a method of increasing self-awareness, teaching how to deal with the stress of labor and find what is comfortable for you and your partner in labor.
Einav is also a part of The Birth Network of Santa Cruz county which provides information, education and advocacy for mother-friendly childbirth for all women and families.
